Assistant Manager, CCIB Finance, Middle East

Role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Manager will support the financial management and reporting activities related to the Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (CCIB) division in the Middle East region.

This position involves collaborating closely with business partners to deliver timely and accurate financial insights and analysis that drive informed decision‑making and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing financial controls, and implementing strategic financial initiatives.

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CCIB division, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to interpret financial data and support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Manage and enhance financial control frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Facilitate communication between finance and other teams to ensure transparency and clarity on key financial metrics and insights.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new systems, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Contribute to talent development by mentoring junior colleagues and promoting a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Help identify financial risks and opportunities, advising senior management on sound business decisions.
• Ensure timely completion of all financial reporting deliverables while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Participate actively in cross‑functional projects and regulatory audits as required.
