This is a fantastic opportunity for a VAT specialist to lead high-impact client work and support strategic tax initiatives in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
About the Role:You will play a key role in delivering complex VAT advisory and compliance services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with leadership, support cross-border referrals, and lead a team focused on quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver VAT advisory and compliance services to UAE and international clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Stay abreast of evolving VAT legislation in the UAE
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a large international accounting or consulting firm
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused
