Job Overview

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Wealth Adviser to join our Dubai office. As a Private Wealth Adviser, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wealth management, relationship building, and a deep understanding of financial markets to offer tailored strategies aimed at optimizing clients  financial futures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and institutions.
  • Provide personalized investment advice and comprehensive wealth management services, including retirement planning, tax optimisation, estate planning, and portfolio management. Analyse clients  financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to recommend customised solutions.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies and asset allocation models that are in line with clients  goals and risk profiles.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date with global and local financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other financial experts within the organisation, including tax advisors, estate planners, and portfolio managers, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
  • Regularly monitor client portfolios and financial plans, ensuring they align with their evolving goals and market conditions.
  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial advice and actions adhere to local and international regulatory standards and ethical practices.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present periodic reports on clients  financial performance and recommendations. Ensure accurate documentation of client meetings and transactions.
Key Requirements Education &

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Level 4 qualification in financial advice, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advice
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investments, tax laws, and estate planning.
  • Expertise in portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial planning software and tools, with a deep understanding of investment strategies and markets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
