Crypto Finance Analyst Dubai (Hybrid) Digital Assets / Financial Services Full-Time About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Crypto Finance Analyst to join a growing digital assets team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-centric environment and has a strong passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency markets, and financial analysis. You’ll play a key part in monitoring market trends, supporting investment decisions, and providing financial insight into our crypto portfolio and trading activities.

• Analyse crypto market data, price movements, and trading performance to support investment and risk decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess token valuations, protocol performance, and market opportunities.
• Produce regular reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and on-chain activity.
• Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and finance teams to support strategic planning and investment strategies.
• Monitor key industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting digital assets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to crypto products or investments.
• Assist with reconciliation of crypto transactions, wallets, and exchange accounts.

• Strong experience working within financial analysis, trading analysis, or investment research (crypto experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokenomics, DeFi, and major cryptocurrencies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic market environment.
• A genuine passion for the digital assets industry and emerging financial technologies.
