Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their team and build a long-term career in a fast-growing company that values expertise, performance, and client satisfaction.

• Advise clients on mortgage products from leading UAE banks and financial institutions.
• Analyze client profiles to determine mortgage eligibility and recommend suitable options.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage process: pre‑approval, documentation, application, and final disbursal.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal sales teams.
• Ensure complete compliance with UAE banking and Central Bank mortgage regulations.
• Meet monthly targets for mortgage submissions and approvals.
• Stay updated on changes in mortgage policies, interest rates, and property finance guidelines.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage procedures, bank requirements, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial advisory skills.
• Proven track record of successful mortgage deals.
• Must be currently residing in Dubai or UAE.
• Ability to handle client queries independently and close deals efficiently.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
