We are supporting a well‑established local group operating across the Middle East with the appointment of a Group Financial Controller. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys improving financial performance across multiple entities and driving operational excellence within a growing organisation.

About the Role

You will work closely with the CFO and executive team to ensure strong financial governance across the group. This includes accountability for consolidated reporting, performance management, compliance, financial planning and analysis. You’ll also be key in enhancing systems, processes, and controls to support continued expansion.

• Delivering group financial reporting and analysis that supports decision‑making
• Leading group‑wide budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
• Managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital requirements
• Supporting operational teams with project accounting and commercial insight
• Overseeing tax compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Championing technology improvement, including ERP deployment and automation
• Strengthening internal controls and ensuring effective governance practices
• Building and developing finance capability across the group
• Managing external partners including audit firms, banks, and advisors

• 10+ years finance experience across complex, multi‑entity or project‑driven environments
• Strong operational exposure in both the UAE and KSA
• Professional accounting qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Big 4 or well‑regarded audit experience
• Solid expertise in IFRS, consolidation, and financial reporting standards
• A proactive leader with the ability to work at both strategic and hands‑on levels
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across the business
