About the Role
A leading financial institution in the UAE is seeking an experienced Islamic Financing Structurer to join its dynamic team. The role focuses on FX and Rates products within a Shariah-compliant framework, delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs across regional and global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute Islamic financing transactions in FX and Rates, ensuring full Shariah compliance.
- Liaise with Shariah boards and scholars to validate product structures and maintain governance standards.
- Partner with trading, sales, and legal teams to develop bespoke solutions for institutional and corporate clients.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and Islamic finance guidelines.
- Provide expertise on Islamic hedging strategies and derivative structures.
- In-depth knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah compliance.
- Proven experience in structuring FX and Rates products.
- Familiarity with Murabaha, Wa'ad, Tawarruq, and other Islamic structures.
- Strong understanding of global markets and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACI, or Islamic Finance credentials (e.g., CIFE).
- Experience with Middle Eastern markets and cross-border transactions.
