* Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

* Experience:

5+ years of experience in finance or accounting##

Key Responsibilities
* Support Investment leaders with financial insights and recommendations.
* Prepare financial reports and dashboards; analyse performance vs. budget and prior year.
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and Group policies.
* Prepare P&L projections, investment analysis, and budget tracking.
* Lead variance analysis during month-end and flag financial risks to senior stakeholders.
* Enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and performance measurement methods.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
* Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Proven stakeholders’ management.
* Proficiency in financial tools and software, in particular Excel, THINKCELL, SAP, Power Bi.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.## Benefits
