This is a full-time, on-site role based in DIFC, Dubai — ideal for someone who is hands‑on, revenue‑focused, and ready to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do:- Drive Fixed Income sales with active institutional clients
: family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions. - Leverage your existing relationships to generate revenue from Day 1.
- Work closely with global teams across time zones to source and execute bond trades.
- Stay ahead of market developments and advise clients accordingly.
- Be a key player in building and growing our fixed income franchise in the region.
- 2–5 years of solid experience in Fixed Income sales or broking (essential).
- Based in the UAE with established institutional relationships and proven revenue contribution.
- Strong knowledge of global bond markets, credit instruments, and fixed income strategies.
- Self‑driven, client‑focused, and thrives under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
