Skills needed for Private banker/Relationship Manager

• ✔️ Proven track record in private banking / wealth management
• ✔️ A strong, portable book of AuM (ideally $100M+ depending on region)
• ✔️ Experience managing HNW / UHNW client relationships
• ✔️ Regulated and licensed to operate in relevant jurisdictions
• ✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in platform evolution or regional growth

• Entering a high-growth market or relocating to a new region
• Moving to a more strategic or flexible platform
• Enhancing your long-term earning potential and client proposition
