An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Head to join a growing organization in the UAE. This senior role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who can drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth across multiple operations.

As Finance Head, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy while maintaining strong controls and governance standards. You will work closely with senior management to support long-term planning and key business decisions.

• Leading end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Overseeing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes
• Managing cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial control frameworks
• Providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making
• Ensuring adherence to UAE financial regulations and best practices
• Supervising and guiding finance teams across multi‑branch operations

• Demonstrated experience in a senior‑level finance or head of finance position
• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations
• High level of analytical, organizational, and decision‑making capability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, expanding business environment
