• Acquire high net worth quality funded accounts with a minimum balance of USD 1M for HSBC and cross‑sell relevant products to them at time of Premier onboarding.
• Successfully articulate the value and benefits of specific products which best meet these high‑net‑worth customers’ needs, including Wealth (Insurance & Investment) solutions, credit solutions, etc. through successful referrals to the Premier Services / Relationship Management team.
• Collaborate with the Premier and wealth RMs to provide financial planning and advisory services aligning to HNW clients’ needs and investment profile.
• Demonstrate strong ability to self‑source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new HNW clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads.
• Working closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, treasury specialists to provide holistic solutions to our High‑Net‑Worth premier clients.
• Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders within the wider Premier & wealth teams to ensure there is a seamless transfer of the customer relationship once fully established.

• Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
• In‑depth experience in HNI Acquisition within Premier/Private/Wealth Banking.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring new‑to‑bank HNI relationships with USD 1M+ in funding.
• Strong experience in pure acquisition roles, not limited to portfolio servicing.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently through strong personal networks, referrals, and market connectivity.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, outgoing disposition, well‑equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills.
