Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Overview

The Senior Manager – FP&A role sits within the Finance division and supports budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across the real estate portfolio. The role requires a finance professional with deep expertise in real estate development financial modeling and the ability to provide insights to senior leadership.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 43,000 (all-inclusive)

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite, 5 days a week

Seniority level: Mid-Senior level

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and project cashflow forecasts
• Prepare feasibility studies, cost-to-complete analyses, and management dashboards
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis
• Manage MIS reporting and performance tracking
• Work closely with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Executive Directors)
• Ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance in all FP&A activities

• Minimum 6+ years of FP&A experience within large real estate developers (mandatory)
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, project cashflow management, MIS reporting, and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with EPBCS, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle
  , and advanced Excel
• Proven experience in feasibility studies, cost-to-complete reporting, and project financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and leadership presence
• Candidates from purely accounting, corporate finance, or sales finance backgrounds will not be considered
