Our client is a Dubai-based real estate development company specializing in high-quality residential projects.
The Financial Analyst will support the financial analysis, modeling, and planning of real estate development projects. The role requires hands‑on involvement in project feasibility assessments, budgeting, and interaction with investors and internal stakeholders.
The team operates in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment with a strong focus on financial discipline and long‑term value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing real estate development projects
- Support investment analysis, project feasibility studies, and scenario modeling
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and materials for investors and senior management
- Participate in discussions with investors and external partners as required
- Support management in financial decision‑making related to development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following environments:
- Big4 audit or advisory firms (considered as a last option)
- English – fluent (spoken and written)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with real estate development economics is highly preferred
- High attention to detail and structured approach to problem‑solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
