• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to IFRS standards
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
• Prepare and review financial statements by providing variance analysis
• Maintain and continuously improve internal accounting systems and processes

• Oversee daily cash flow, forecast cash requirements and prepare rolling cash flow projections
• Manage utilization of banking products and working capital arrangements

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process with all stakeholders
• Analyze financial performance versus budget and provide insights to management, including cost control initiatives

• Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and strengthen financial accuracy

• Review MIS reports and provide insights to management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends
• Develop dashboards and automate recurring reports where feasible

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CMA
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in retail, FMCG, or a similar sector
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards, taxation, and local compliance laws
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in building dashboards (Power pivot, Power BI) preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
