The Zoho Presales Consultant will lead the corporate administration and entity management team, providing expert guidance on UAE regulatory frameworks and corporate services. The role is ideal for a professional who can manage client portfolios, oversee company in corporations, and ensure high‑quality service delivery across mainland and free zone jurisdictions. The successful candidate will supervise a team, manage key client relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage company incorporation processes across UAE jurisdictions (mainland, free zones, offshore), including approvals, documentation, and licensing.
- Advise clients on legal structures, business activities, shareholding arrangements, and compliance requirements.
- Manage corporate services operations, including license renewals, amendments, UBO filings, attestations, Corporate Tax/VAT registration, and general entity administration.
- Supervise Corporate Service Executives and PROs, ensuring high‑quality work, timely delivery, and adherence to SLAs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolios, maintaining strong communication and client satisfaction.
- Review and validate corporate documents, resolutions, applications, and compliance submissions.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records within internal systems.
- Support bank account opening processes, KYC documentation, and coordination with financial institutions.
- Stay current on UAE legislation and regulatory changes affecting corporate services, including AML/CTF, UBO, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
- Drive process improvements, standardise workflows, and strengthen compliance controls.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in corporate services, business setup, free zone administration, PRO services, or regulatory compliance.
- Proven supervisory experience in a similar corporate services environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE corporate regulations, free zone authorities, AML/KYC, UBO, and licensing frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client‑management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM or case‑management systems;
Arabic language skills are a plus.
