They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team in DIFC and play a key role in expanding their private clients and asset management business. This position involves managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering tailored investment strategies, and contributing to the firms continued commercial and investment development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients through personal network and active business development.
- Act as a trusted advisor and investment manager
, providing holistic wealth solutions aligned with clients goals and risk profiles. - Bring an existing portable client portfolio with a proven track record of client relationships.
- Develop and execute a personal business strategy to expand AUM and revenue in line with firm targets.
- Maintain full compliance with DFSA regulations
, internal governance, and best market practices. - Contribute to the growth of the firm through collaboration, idea generation, and participation in commercial initiatives.
- Achieve individual performance KPIs, including:
- AUM growth
- Client acquisition
Requirements
- Established HNW/UHNW client base with the ability to transfer relationships.
- 7+ years experience as Senior RM level within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
- Currently employed by a reputable Private Bank or Wealth Management firm.
- Clear and structured 3-year business plan
- Strong knowledge of:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in alternative investments including:
- Venture capital
- Hedge funds
- Private markets
- Crypto and digital assets
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
