  • Track, analyse and benchmark KPIs on a regular basis to assess performance trends and suggest improvements.
  • Work with management teams of portfolio companies to refine KPI dashboards and align reporting standards with the family office’s oversight requirements.

  • Establish development‑specific KPIs such as project timelines, budget adherence, construction progress, and forecasted IRRs to ensure disciplined execution and value realisation.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the strategic and financial value of the family office’s real estate assets, plots and land bank holdings.
  • In collaboration with the Director – Real Estate, assess opportunities for repositioning, consolidation or monetisation of assets to maximise returns.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for real estate holdings, including rent‑generating assets and development projects.
Public Equities Support
  • Assist in monitoring and analysing public equity positions within the portfolio.
  • Guide and support research on listed equities, sectors, and macroeconomic trends to support tactical decisions.

  • Represent the family office professionally and honourably in all external interactions and always maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience
