We are seeking a Junior Trade Support & Settlement Officer to join our Trading Operations team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in digital assets, trading operations, and financial markets.

The successful candidate will support the OTC trading desk by assisting with trade processing, reconciliations, reporting, and counter party communications. This role provides hands-on exposure to institutional crypto trading in a regulated environment, with strong opportunities for learning and development.

• Support the trading desk by responding to counter party inquiries via approved communication channels (Telegram, Whats App, and email), under supervision.
• Assist with recording and reconciling trades, deposits, and withdrawals to ensure accuracy in real time and post-execution.
• Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports to validate counter party balances and internal ledgers.
• Support the preparation of end of day (EOD) reports and ad-hoc operational or management reports.
• Coordinate with Finance and Trade Operations teams on settlement-related requests and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing and sending post-trade confirmations to counter parties.
• Contribute to improving internal operational processes and workflows as the team scales.
• Provide professional and timely service to counter parties, maintaining Mid Chains’ high service standards.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and professional written communication via chat and email.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when handling data and reconciliations.

• 1–2 years of experience in trade support, operations, finance, settlements, or a related role.
• Exposure to financial markets, trading operations, or digital assets is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and financial markets.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data cleaning, and simple pivots preferred).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, especially written English.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is a plus.
