Our client is a proprietary trading firm focused on systematic futures trading across global markets. With established trading desks in Chicago, New York, and Dubai, the firm is continuing to scale its Dubai operation and is seeking an experienced Systematic Futures Trader with a strong live track record.
This is a hands‑on trading role for a proven systematic trader who wants direct ownership of strategies, meaningful capital allocation, and a clear link between performance and compensation.
Role OverviewAs a Systematic Futures Trader
, you will be responsible for trading your own systematic strategies across major global futures exchanges, including CME, ICE, and EUREX
. You will focus on intraday to short‑term strategies
, with holding periods ranging from same day to up to five days.
The role is performance‑driven and execution‑focused, with minimal management overhead. You will operate in a professional proprietary environment with strong infrastructure, clean data, and efficient execution.
What You’ll Do- Trade live, systematic futures strategies with full P&L ownership
- Deploy and manage intraday to short‑term models across global futures markets
- Monitor risk, drawdowns, and exposures in real time
- Continuously optimise execution, signals, and portfolio construction
- Analyse performance and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
- Work with engineers to improve execution speed, stability, and reliability
- 3+ years of live systematic futures trading experience
- Proven experience trading CME and/or EUREX futures
- Strong, verifiable live trading track record
- Sharpe Ratio of 3.0+ over a 12‑month period
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for strategy development and live trading
- Strong understanding of execution, slippage, and market microstructure
