- Position: Senior Officer in Corporate Finance
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Salary Range: Negotiable
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any graduation is mandatory.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and payroll management.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office is necessary.
- Understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll regulations is essential.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting is required.
- Execute the complete payroll cycle for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and audits for internal and external purposes.
- Calculate end of service benefits and process final settlement for employees.
- Process service bill invoices to inter-companies and maintain accurate records.
- Handle posting of bank entries for remittances received from customers and payments made to vendors.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
