What This Role Is About
Our client is looking for a Finance Manager – Mandarin Speaker, based in Dubai, to lead and support financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.
The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting end-to-end finance, accounting, tax, and treasury processes. This role ensures accurate month-end closing, reliable financial reporting, and compliant tax filings.
The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You will also manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance while providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This is a hands-on role for a finance professional who can optimize processes and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- Must be fluent in Mandarin.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with financial analysis, controls, and compliance.
- Ability to prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments is a plus.
