Accounts Associate Manager

ROLE PROFILE

• Oversee petty cash and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Act as the primary finance contact for the Government Relations team, providing guidance and resolving finance-related queries
• Manage corporate credit card administration, including issuance, amendments, cancellations, and ongoing controls
• Lead and support finance teams across the UAE and Egypt, providing oversight, coaching, and development
• Manage finance operations across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local regulations and group standards
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex financial and operational issues
• Partner with divisional leaders and external stakeholders, including banks, to resolve and prevent process issues
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and controls while meeting strict deadlines

• Qualified accountant or at final qualification stage (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in a comparable role
• Proven capability in leading, mentoring, and managing finance teams
• Demonstrated experience overseeing finance operations across multiple countries
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and escalation-handling skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP and finance systems such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Concur, and/or Oracle Fusion (preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical, organisational, and deadline-driven working style
