The Mortgage Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring that each application is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations. You’ll collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for our clients and maintain strong relationships.

• Oversee the mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Work with lenders, solicitors, and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records and keep internal stakeholders updated on application status.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with mortgage processing software is a plus.
