An established, institutionally backed Private Banking platform is strengthening its senior coverage team in Dubai and is seeking a Senior Private Banker (SVP level) with a proven UHNW franchise. The role is designed for a senior relationship manager with strong origination capability, disciplined portfolio management, and the ambition to operate within a performance-led private banking environment.

• Full ownership and development of a substantial UHNW client portfolio, with clear accountability for asset growth and revenue contribution.
• Origination of new client relationships through long-standing networks and trusted market presence.
• Delivery of tailored investment, advisory, and credit solutions, in close collaboration with internal investment, product, and credit teams.
• Ongoing stewardship of client relationships in line with the highest standards of governance, confidentiality, and risk management.
• Contribution to platform growth; selective joint hires or small teams may be considered where strategically aligned.

• 10+ years’ experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Demonstrated track record managing and growing a significant UHNW book with consistent revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of global markets, discretionary and advisory mandates, structured solutions, and bespoke credit.
• Experience working with concentrated, high-quality client portfolios; minimum ticket sizes typically USD 2m+.
• Fluent Arabic and English required.
• Commercial, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating within a target-oriented framework.
• Candidates from both established regional and international private banking platforms will be considered.
