We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and scale Superchat’s financial operations as we grow a high-volume, transaction-driven AI platform.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategic financial planning with hands-on execution
. You will own financial strategy, payments and revenue flows, compliance, and act as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team.

• Develop and execute Superchat’s financial strategy aligned with growth and expansion plans
• Partner with the CEO on pricing strategy, unit economics, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Build robust financial models to support new products, markets, and partnerships

• Own end-to-end transaction economics including payments, wallets, fees, refunds, and settlements
• Design and optimize pricing, margins, and take rates across multiple verticals
• Monitor and improve unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, transaction costs)

• Establish and oversee accounting systems, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition for transaction-based and platform fees
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors

• Ensure compliance with UAE and international financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, payment processors, auditors, and regulators
• Oversee fraud prevention, chargebacks, and transaction risk
• Support fundraising activities including financial models, data rooms, and investor presentations
• Manage ongoing financial communication with investors
• Assist with valuation, capital structure, and long-term funding strategy

• Build and lead the finance team as Superchat scales
• Implement scalable finance, accounting, and payment systems
• Establish efficient processes to support rapid transaction growth

Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles
• Strong background in startups, fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience managing transactional or payment-based business models
• Experience building finance functions from the ground up is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of payments, financial controls, and unit economics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in AI-driven, consumer, or marketplace platforms
• Exposure to international or cross-border payments

• Play a key role in building the financial foundation of a next-generation AI platform
• Work closely with founders and senior leadership
