Overview
I’m supporting a large, well-established organisation as it continues to strengthen and expand its Finance function as part of a broader growth and transformation agenda.
We’re looking to connect with Senior Finance Managers who can play a key role in supporting the business through scale, complexity, and increased commercial focus.
This is a business-facing role with exposure across core finance, performance management, and senior stakeholder partnering.
Responsibilities- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Performance analysis and management reporting
- Business partnering with senior and cross-functional leaders
- Financial governance, controls, and process improvement
- Supporting transformation, scale, and organisational complexity
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience
- Experience with in large or complex organisations
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Comfortable operating between strategy and execution
