Real Estate Investment Specialist

We are looking for a Real Estate Development Associate with a strong focus on financial and investment analysis to support the evaluation, planning, and execution of real estate development projects.

This role plays a key part in assessing financial feasibility, shaping investment decisions, and ensuring projects align with market demand and strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain financial models for existing and prospective real estate projects
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling to assess returns and risks
• Prepare cash flow projections and financial forecasts
  , including construction costs, operating expenses, and revenues
• Monitor project financial performance and recommend adjustments where required
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess demand, trends, and competitive positioning
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
  , including portfolio overviews, development pipelines, and company profiles
• Coordinate and communicate with external counter parties such as consultants, brokers, contractors, market researchers, and regulatory authorities
• Provide timely financial and investment analysis updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA / CAIA are a plus)
• Proven experience in real estate development financial and investment analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel)
• Advanced Power Point skills with experience creating professional presentations
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment
