Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Food People is looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This is a hands‑on role supporting both finance operations and business reporting
, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and working closely with leadership.

If you’re confident across invoicing, reconciliations, VAT, payroll, and management reporting (and you’re equally comfortable producing weekly forecasts and internal decks), we’d love to hear from you.

• Sales invoicing and receipts
• Purchase invoices and vendor payment processing
• Chasing payments and preparing weekly AR and estimates reports
• Processing payroll (including commissions and expense claims) via Bayzat
• Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports to management
• Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns

• Preparing weekly forecast reports
• Updating JA/RF & Billed Banked sheets with placements
• Preparing reports for strategy meetings
• Preparing the deck for the monthly wrap‑up huddle
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis for management

• Proven experience in an accounting role (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of VAT and month‑end processes
• Confident handling payroll and expenses (Bayzat experience a plus)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with reporting
• Comfortable working with leadership and producing presentations/decks
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
