Accountant - Family Office

We are pleased to be working on a behalf of a family office who are looking for an experienced Accountant to support personal, foundation, investment, and real estate accounting activities across multiple entities. Reporting to the Group Accounting & Finance Manager, this role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong IFRS knowledge and family office or multi-entity experience. You must be available immediately or in 2 weeks maximum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and assets
• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
• Prepare regular financial, income, and performance reports across all entities and assets
• Assist with administrative and documentation requirements related to finance

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience, ideally within a family office, investment firm, or multi-entity environment
• Applied experience of Xero Accounting or similar
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Enthusiastic attitude to work
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of investment sites and structures
