I’m supporting a large, established organisation as it continues to strengthen and evolve its Finance leadership as part of a broader growth and transformation agenda.
We are looking to engage a Finance Director who can operate as a senior business partner, providing strategic financial leadership while maintaining strong oversight of governance, performance, and controls.
This role sits at a leadership level
, working closely with executive stakeholders and guiding the finance organisation through increasing scale and complexity.
- Setting and driving financial strategy and governance
- Leading, developing, and scaling finance teams
- Providing commercial insight and decision support to senior leadership
- Ensuring robust controls, compliance, and financial discipline
- Supporting organisational growth and transformation initiatives
- Proven experience at Finance Director / Head of Finance level
- Background within large, complex, or multi-entity organisations
- Strong commercial and business-facing leadership capability
- Comfortable operating at both executive and operational levels
