The role:We are seeking a motivated Private Credit Associate to join a growing global team of ~35 investment professionals. You will work directly with a senior Partner to source, analyze, and execute private credit and structured debt opportunities globally, with a focus on the dynamic technology sector (e.g., semiconductors, biotech, general tech).
Based in the firm's Dubai headquarters, you will play a key role in deploying capital across Middle Eastern, Korean, and Chinese markets. A core part of the role involves collaborating with the firm's venture capital arm to design and manage Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and tailored credit products for institutional Limited Partners.

Key Responsibilities- Support the full investment lifecycle for private credit deals: sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and execution.
- Conduct deep sector and company analysis, with a primary focus on technology subsectors
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate credit risk, returns, and capital structures.
- Assist in the creation and management of custom credit strategies and products for SMA clients and institutional LPs.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Monitor existing credit investments and portfolio company performance.
- Mandarin Chinese fluency (native or business proficiency) is essential.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in private credit
, leveraged finance
, direct lending
, or corporate banking with strong credit training. - A strong interest in and foundational understanding of the global technology sector
