The Senior Accountant role is a pivotal position within our finance department, responsible for managing and executing a broad range of accounting functions to support our organizational goals. • Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes and reconciliations.
• Manage and analyze accounting data for financial reporting and auditing purposes.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of general ledger transactions and adjustments.
• Provide detailed financial analysis on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations across the organization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems and software tools.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of professional accounting experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
