Senior Accountant - Finance Reporting

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant currently working with a Big Four Audit & Assurance firm to join our finance team as a Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting. The role focuses on preparing financial statements, supporting audit processes, and ensuring compliance with IFRS. The ideal candidate will have strong audit exposure, excellent financial reporting knowledge, and the ability to manage month‑end and year‑end close activities.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts, financial reporting packs, and variance analysis.
• Support statutory and internal audit processes, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all balances.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation and explanations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounting cycles.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support ad‑hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Currently working with any of the Big Four firms in Audit & Assurance.
• 3-4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
