Our consulting client is seeking an accomplished Financial Services Leader at Associate Partner / Partner level to drive the growth and strategic development of its Financial Services practice in the Middle East.
This is a senior, commercially focused role with a strong emphasis on market origination, senior relationship management, and practice leadership
. The successful candidate will bring an established and credible network across financial institutions
, particularly within the banking sector
, and demonstrable access to CFOs and senior finance decision-makers
.
- Lead the growth of the Financial Services practice through strategic origination and client development
- Leverage existing C-suite and senior leadership relationships
, particularly CFOs within banks and financial institutions - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional and firm-wide objectives
- Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities, service offerings, and revenue streams within Financial Services
- Collaborate with senior leadership on practice strategy, market positioning, and regional expansion
- Represent the firm at executive‑level client engagements, industry forums, and strategic discussions
- Provide senior oversight and advisory support to complex client engagements, as required
- Senior professional operating at Associate Partner or Partner-equivalent level
- Demonstrated track record of revenue origination within Financial Services, particularly banking
- Established and verifiable network of CFOs and senior decision-makers across financial institutions
- Background may include Consulting, GRC, ARC, Risk, Finance Transformation, or Sales
, provided there is strong FS market credibility - Strong understanding of the GCC financial services and banking landscape
- Proven ability to build, grow, and lead a practice in a consulting or professional services environment
