The Investor Relations Specialist supports the Head of Investor Relations in managing communication between the company, its shareholders, and the wider investment community. The role focuses on preparing financial and corporate disclosures, coordinating investor engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant market and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong financial acumen, clear communication skills, and a solid understanding of capital markets and investor relations best practices.
Key Responsibilities Investor Relations & Communication- Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, press releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and annual reports
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, earnings calls, and roadshows
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, and analysts
- Monitor and report on investor sentiment, analyst coverage, and overall market perception
- Ensure all investor communications and disclosures comply with applicable regulatory requirements
- Support the timely preparation and submission of corporate filings and governance reports
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of disclosed information
- Track and analyze share price performance, trading activity, and peer benchmarks
- Review analyst reports and prepare summaries for senior management
- Provide insights on market trends, sector performance, and investor expectations
- Prepare briefing materials, Q&A documents, and executive talking points
- Compile investor feedback and present key insights to the Head of Investor Relations and executive leadership
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s investor relations strategy

- Analysts and service providers
- Regulators and relevant authorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Investor Relations Officer (IRO) or similar professional certification is a plus
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience working with investors
- Proven track record of building positive relationships with the investor community
- Prior investor relations experience within a publicly listed company is required
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
- Experience in real estate, asset management, or listed companies preferred
- Knowledge of relevant market regulations is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
