About Your TeamYou will report to the Group Finance Director and work closely with the Managing Director of ALEMCO and senior management team.
You will lead the finance team and collaborate with commercial, operations, procurement, and project leadership teams to support business planning and performance.
Your RoleAs a Finance Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Monitor banking relationships and financing arrangements
- Implement group treasury policies to mitigate financial risk
- Maintain internal controls and financial governance frameworks
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Set performance targets and support professional development
- Build a high-performing finance function supporting business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA preferred
- Proven finance leadership experience
- Construction, contracting, or engineering industry experience preferred
- Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and performance improvement
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Financial governance and compliance knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership and support operational teams
