Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
* Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with company standards.
* Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, regularly monitoring and reporting on variances.
* Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal financial policies and procedures.
* Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP) and financial regulations.
* Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
* Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a team.## Benefits
