We’re looking for a Finance Associate to help us bring order, accuracy, and momentum to a fast-moving finance function. This is a hands‑on role that blends solid accounting fundamentals with exposure to modern finance + finance operations‑ ideal for someone who started in accounting, but wants to grow beyond it.

At Cercli, finance isn’t just “revenue in / expenses out.” We move money in complex ways across systems and partners - so you’ll work on the real mechanics of money movement, reconciliations, reporting, and controls, while supporting audit/compliance hygiene and helping the team scale.

• Own day-to-day accounting support and month‑end hygiene (accurate categorisation, reconciliations, ledger cleanliness).
• Support preparation for audits and ensure finance records are investor/audit‑ready.
• Maintain strong documentation practices and follow controls consistently.
• Own quarterly and annual audit and tax compliance across all entities

• Support tracking and reconciliation of capital movement across different partners
• Help validate and “audit” payment logic and flows, including investigating exceptions and mismatches.
• Assist with cash visibility and support finance operations activities tied to capital routing and settlements.

• Help streamline finance processes so the function can scale (clean inputs, clear trackers, consistent reporting).
• Maintain accurate finance operational data and support ongoing cleanup/structure work as we grow.

• 4+ years experience in a finance/accounting role (or similar), with strong accounting fundamentals.
• Confident with reconciliations, accuracy, and financial hygiene.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where priorities shift and you need to stay calm and structured.
• Strong attention to detail - you notice what’s missing, inconsistent, or doesn’t add up.

• Exposure to SaaS or fintech (e.g., , Network International, banking/payment operations environments).
• Interest in evolving toward operational finance.
• Experience with modern accounting tools and leveraging AI (we use Campfire - but tools can be learned; fundamentals matter more).
