Advisory Analyst, Leading Project Finance Advisory Boutique

We are partnering with a leading infrastructure and project finance advisory boutique with a strong track record across power and infrastructure transactions in the Middle East. The firm advises corporate and public sector clients on complex project finance, debt advisory and capital structuring mandates.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing advisory platform in Dubai, with a strong focus on financial modelling across live project finance transactions. The team is senior-led and execution-focused, offering hands-on exposure to complex infrastructure and power mandates, with the opportunity to develop broader advisory and client-facing skills over time. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to the region.

• Design and build detailed project finance financial models for competitive bids and live transactions.
• Develop base case cash flow models and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Support debt advisory and capital structuring mandates through detailed financial analysis.
• Assist in preparing client materials and supporting transaction execution processes.

• 1–3 years’ project finance modelling experience from a specialist modelling firm, advisory boutique, bank, model audit firm, Big 4 or relevant project finance team.
• Strong technical ability with a desire to develop into a broader advisory role.
