We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to ensure accuracy between systems, invoices, and usage reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and follow-up skills, understand financial data, and be comfortable working with cloud billing and third-party vendors.
ResponsibilitiesValidate and reconcile amounts between invoices, vendor bills, and usage reports (e.g., AWS or cloud platforms).
Review and compare usage vs. cost from different sources (AWS console, distributors, internal accounts).
Track profitability.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices or usage data.
Prepare simple financial summaries and variance reports
.Communicate with vendors, partners, or internal teams to follow up on billing or usage issues.
Background in Finance
.Strong numerical and analytical skills
.Ability to organize, compare, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
Good communication and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and basic cloud billing dashboards (AWS).
Familiarity with technical companies or cloud services is a plus.
