Sales Relationship Manager – Asset Management (DIFC, Dubai)

Draw: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month

We are recruiting on behalf of a DFSA-regulated asset management office based in DIFC.
Our client is a well-established, international platform with a strong presence across GCC, MENA, Europe, and Asia, and is continuing to expand its private wealth and asset management offering.
This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to an experienced Relationship Manager with an existing HNW client base and a proven track record in asset gathering.
Key Responsibilities- Bring and manage your own portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
- Act as a trusted advisor and investment manager to clients
- Develop and grow AUM through personal network and proactive business development
- Maintain strong knowledge of DFSA regulations and best market practices
- Define and execute a clear client acquisition and portfolio growth strategy
- Leverage the full range of the firm’s investment products and capabilities
- Achieve individual KPIs including AUM growth, revenue targets, and profitability
- Contribute ideas and insights to support commercial and investment development
- Maintain exceptional service standards and long‑term client relationships
- Established HNW client base with demonstrable relationships
- Currently employed at a reputable Private Bank or Wealth Management firm
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience at senior relationship management level
- Proven ability to generate and grow AUM and recurring revenues
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Interest and understanding of alternative asset classes (VC, hedge funds, crypto, etc.)
- Ability to present a 3-year business plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team mindset with a collaborative approach
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
