We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented accountant to join our dynamic finance team under the designation Accountant 17F26. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. As an Accountant 17F26, you will handle a variety of accounting functions, ranging from preparing financial statements to managing budgets and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

You will play a key role in identifying and solving discrepancies in financial documentation, advising on budgetary control, and preparing thorough reports for management review. • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage all accounting transactions and update accounts payable and receivable regularly.
• Analyze financial reports and forecasts to provide insightful recommendations.
• Audit financial transactions and documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate annual audit processes effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Monitor daily financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and transactions.
• Collaborate with budgeting and strategic planning teams to streamline financial operations.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities with precision and care.
• Provide guidance on direct and indirect taxation matters and compliance requirements.
• Prepare budget forecasts, monitor performance, and assess potential financial risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role in finance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams.
