As a Lease Rental Financing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and advancing the Lease Rental Financing (LRF) product, offering rental-backed financing solutions to property owners and investors. You will play a key role in securing future cash flow assignments, ensuring accurate receivables tracking, supporting internal stakeholders, and maintaining regulatory and policy compliance. Your role will contribute significantly to enhancing customer satisfaction, product growth, and risk‑managed returns for the bank.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management: Manage and grow the Lease Rental Financing (LRF) facility by aligning product features with evolving market needs and internal strategic objectives.
- Client Support & Internal
Collaboration:
Act as a subject matter expert on LRF, providing support to customer service and relationship management teams. Address client queries and ensure seamless delivery of LRF solutions. - Receivables Monitoring: Monitor receivables linked to financed properties, ensuring prompt collections and continuous tracking of assigned rental cash flows in line with bank policies.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate client eligibility through cash flow forecasting, rental income analysis, and property valuations to structure customized financing solutions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of lease rental financing agreements. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, credit risk requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with operations, legal, credit, and compliance teams to optimize workflows, minimize delays, and strengthen turnaround times for LRF‑related transactions.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on product performance, client utilization, receivables status, and emerging market trends. Offer insights and recommendations for continuous product improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2‑5 years of experience in corporate lending, structured finance, or lease‑based financing products.
- Strong understanding of cash flow‑based lending and real estate financing.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and credit risk assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and banking systems.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Knowledge of local real‑estate and rental market dynamics.
