Senior Relationship Manager / Private Banker Dubai | International Wealth Platform
An international wealth platform is selectively strengthening its Dubai coverage team as part of a controlled build-out.
This is most relevant for bankers who are genuinely acquisition-oriented and run investment-led client relationships (cross-border exposure helpful).
What the role centres on- Origination and development of HNW/UHNW relationships
- Cross-border coverage / booking dynamics (where applicable)
- Commercially accountable portfolio build
- Consistent NNM / revenue delivery (not just “book maintenance”)
- Real client ownership and a credible portability story
- Investment / advisory fluency and comfort in a payout-linked model
- Strong compliance hygiene and clean cross-border approach
- Revenue-linked economics (base + variable upside)
- Fast onboarding mechanics vs traditional bank timelines
- Active build in Dubai with international corridor focus (UK/Europe, Africa, Asia)
