Role Profile Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking
Currently operating at Senior Associate level or a high-performing Associate ready to step up
Experience gained at a recognized regional or international investment bank (bulge bracket, strong regional house, or reputable boutique)
4–6 completed equity transactions, over the last 2 years
Lead execution role on at least 1 transaction (owning a workstream such as valuation, documentation, or investor materials)
Experience interacting directly with:- Corporate clients and senior management
- Legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
- Internal stakeholders (syndicate, research, sales)
- Experience in IPO-active markets KSA
- Repeat exposure to the same transaction type (e.g. multiple IPOs) rather than one-off participation
Willingness to travel to KSA and other GCC countries on regular basis

- Actively support the execution of ECM transactions including IPOs, rights issues, ABBs, private placements
- Coordinate day-to-day transaction work streams across internal teams (coverage, syndicate, research, legal, compliance) and external advisors
- Prepare and review key transaction materials including pitch books, investor presentations, prospectuses, pathfinder documents, and analyst presentation materials
- Oversee financial analysis, valuation work, peer benchmarking, and sensitivity analyses
- Manage transaction timelines, deliverables, and approval processes to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Monitor ECM market activity, investor sentiment, pricing trends, and aftermarket performance across relevant markets
- Support investor targeting strategies and feedback analysis in coordination with syndicate and sales teams
- Contribute to internal market updates and transaction post-mortems
- Support senior bankers in origination efforts, including idea generation, market updates, and client pitches
- Assist in developing equity stories, positioning frameworks, and valuation narratives tailored to investor appetite
- Participate in client meetings, due diligence sessions, and management presentations
- Contribute to maintaining and developing relationships with corporate clients, shareholders, and financial sponsors
