The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible to acquire Quality Premier customers and cross sell relevant products to them at time of account onboarding. He/She is required to achieve targets in line with the International Wealth & Personal Banking strategy through a need based selling approach acquisition of quality business & good customer service. The job holder will have to focus on building a new sourcing model for Quality New to Bank Premium customers.
Inthis role, you will:
- Responsible to achieve assigned targets of new-to-bank Premier customers.
- Meet group standards of Customer service, Compliance and technical knowledge through ongoing training and accreditation
- Work closely to drive additional value for the channels
- While the focus will be on Premier acquisition, Borrowing & revolving Products, the RM will also collaborate to ensure other proposition accounts are shared with the EBS Channels.
- Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectives.
- Support other cross line businesses within the IWPB world such as Mortgage, Wealth & HSBC Expats.
- A full understanding of the IWPB products (propositions) and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
- Proven experience selling to and working with high net worth individuals
- Knowledge of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions
- Strong understanding of HSBC Group, including cross business awareness
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good team player
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE)
