You'll be working at

Dubai Holding LLC’s shared business services arm that provides consolidated business solutions in procurement, finance and human capital across the Dubai Holding LLC group of companies.

A 6‑month internship designed to provide hands‑on experience across core Finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Financial Reporting and Finance Excellence. The intern will support day‑to‑day operations, contribute to process improvements and assist in ensuring accurate, timely and efficient financial service delivery. This role provides exposure to end‑to‑end finance processes, analytical work, compliance and reporting.

• Assist with processing supplier invoices and validating supporting documents.
• Support invoice matching, coding and posting in the financial system.
• Help track payment schedules and ensure vendor payments are processed on time.
• Maintain updated AP files, reconciliations and ledger records.

Accounts Receivable:

• Support the preparation and issuance of invoices and receipts.
• Assist in tracking outstanding receivables and following up on pending payments.
• Support reconcile customer accounts and updating AR reports.
• Support documentation and filing for revenue related transactions.

Treasury

• Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and preparing cash position reports.
• Support bank reconciliations and treasury documentation.
• Support process payment runs, bank forms and treasury approvals.
• Assist with maintaining proper records of cash, bank transactions and forecasts
• Support compiling financial reports, variance analyses and statements.
• Support reconciliation activities between subledgers and the general ledger.
• Contribute to data collection and validation for audit requirements.

Finance Excellence

• Support initiatives focused on process optimisation, automation and standardisation.
• Participate in data analysis exercises to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.

General Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within set timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company financial policies.
• Assist with administrative, documentation and filing tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and knowledge sharing activities.
