Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of banking risk management solutions, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective execution. This role partners with banking clients, risk stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to deliver regulatory, credit, market, and operational risk solutions aligned with business and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Own delivery of banking risk programs and solutions (e.g., credit risk, market risk, regulatory reporting).
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery governance.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, data, and risk SMEs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk controls.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Strong experience in banking risk domains and solution delivery.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in delivering data solutions for the banking industry.
- Proven leadership in managing complex, large-scale programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices specially in UAE.
- Good to have exposure to Azure and Databricks.
