Finance Manager

Atara Development is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations in real estate development and construction. This key leadership position reports directly to the General Manager. The Finance Manager will lead the finance team while ensuring compliance with UAE-specific regulations including KYC, AML, FTA compliance, and escrow management. Expertise in off-plan and construction accounting flows is essential.

• Report directly to the General Manager on all financial matters, providing timely reports and insights.
• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls across real estate and construction projects.
• Implement accounting practices specific to off-plan property sales and construction accounting, including escrow fund management.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE KYC, AML, FTA, and escrow regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits, tax filings, and compliance.
• Support strategic business decisions with sound financial analysis, risk management, and project feasibility assessments.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in UAE-based real estate development and construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan accounting, construction accounting flows, and escrow regulation compliance.
• In-depth understanding of UAE KYC, AML, and FTA compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and ERP proficiency.
